The path we have travelled is not just a sequence of years, but a history of relentless research, localization of production and reaching the level of international standards. Starting from a small production capacity, today we have grown into a large complex that has earned the trust of the region's major construction projects and specialists.
Our journey by year
VERO — a solid foundation for the construction of the future!
The foundation of VERO was laid in 2014. We began our work with the production of polymer products — pipes and fittings. Already in the first years, 18 injection-molding (Thermoplast) machines and 4 extruders were installed, creating a capacity of nearly 5,000 tonnes of products per year. A team of more than 40 qualified specialists was formed and a quality-control laboratory was founded.
Driven by market demand, a department for processing brass parts was opened. Launched with 8 transfer (thread-cutting) machines, 5 presses and channel machines, the shop initially made products from imported rods, but laid the groundwork for later revolutionary changes.
A new direction was launched — the production of metal clamps. Beginning with 6 machines and 20 employees, the process allowed output of 50,000–60,000 units per month. That same year, modern technologies were brought from Turkey to adopt international experience.
An important turning point: the metal clamp department was moved from Angren to the Jizzakh region and thoroughly modernized. Punta MAC resistance-welding and Reha thread-cutting machines were purchased, the technologies were fully renewed and the process was automated.
Delivery standards were updated — a switch to individual (piece) packaging was made. A factory galvanizing department was launched to coat the clamps. A new generation of injection-molding equipment was brought in for the plastics department.
Large size-160 clamps, previously imported ready-made from Turkey, began to be fully produced in-house from 2023. A huge step in quality control: a special torque (TORK) wrench was acquired and the temperature at the weld point was placed under strict control. Rubber gaskets also began to be produced at our own factory.
The most fruitful year of growth. Purchasing raw materials abroad was cut by 90% — metal coils are sourced locally and slit right at the factory. Brass casting was fully brought in-house (melting, casting, nickel plating). Under the VERO brand, ball valves, swivel nipples and sewage fittings were introduced; clamps were switched to double-sided welding.
Production volume grew by 64%, the monthly figure reaching 320,000 units from 50,000. The number of machines increased to 13 and staff to 45, and large injection Thermoplast machines were installed. Alongside the domestic market, the VERO brand began exporting to Central Asian countries.
Today our enterprise has become the most reliable supplier for major construction companies, regional dealers and master specialists. With products that combine quality, safety and modern design, we proudly take part in major exhibitions and industry projects — including the international "Intelligent Building Expo Tashkent" in May.
